Pilgrims and the Canyon Rock City

A caravan of pilgrims makes its final approach toward a vast, sunbaked city carved directly into the walls of a desert canyon, its terraced facades and arched doorways cut straight from red sandstone. The camera holds a wide establishing shot from a low angle, framing the pilgrims as small silhouettes against the towering rock architecture, then slowly cranes upward to reveal the city's full scale climbing hundreds of feet up the canyon walls.
