This is a classic case of a short prompt packing in density despite itself — no actual dialogue anywhere in the piece, no shot breakdown, not even a drug name, just a few generic adjectives like “friendly and professional,” “well-lit, clean pharmacy,” plus the line “resemble a casual iPhone recording” to set the tone, and everything else left entirely to Kling 3.0's own imagination. Kling is already pretty well-tuned for talking-head scenarios like this — real person on camera, needs natural lip sync and a lived-in feel — and “slightly shallow depth of field,” that common shallow-DOF look from phone photography, is actually there to stop the model from defaulting to that sharp, deep-focus studio-ad look. It's a small detail doing a lot of work pulling the overall tone toward UGC territory, but the tradeoff is handing all the actual dialogue over to the model's free improvisation — freedom and risk cutting both ways here.
