This is the most common four-tier progression in high-end skincare films — environmental buildup (marble hallway, curtains billowing) to character close-up (eyes closed, bathing in sunlight) to macro detail (fingers touching the texture of a cheek) to the final product shot (glass dropper bottle against a silk backdrop) — with each tier tightening the framing, pushing all the way from a wide establishing shot down to millimeter-level skin texture and bottle reflections. “Shallow depth of field” shows up in both the character close-up and the macro shot, guaranteeing that shallow-DOF tone holds consistent across the whole piece instead of suddenly snapping into deep focus on a cut.
