A drone carrying a dancer on top flying past the skyline — that's a bold compositional idea, essentially stacking two moving subjects (drone camerawork plus the dancer's movement) on top of each other while also needing the dress to flutter convincingly in the wind, which is a real demand on the model's motion-compositing ability. Golden-hour warm light is the keyword grounding the whole tone, and Veo 3 has always been strong at rendering golden-hour lighting — backlit silhouettes and soft shadows shouldn't be much of a worry. The real risk is that a dancer standing on top of a drone is physically implausible to begin with, so the model will most likely just render her as floating in midair rather than actually standing — you'll need to accept whatever the model improvises there.
