Keep the central person completely motionless and frozen like a mannequin — no blinking, no breathing motion, no clothing sway — for the entire duration of the shot. Around this fixed anchor, the background and every other person in frame move at high speed with heavy directional motion blur: pedestrians streak past like ghosts, vehicles blur into light trails, hair and banners of passersby whip violently. The contrast should feel almost supernatural, as if the subject exists outside of time while the world races forward around them. The camera itself must remain locked on a static tripod position — no pan, no tilt, no dolly, no handheld micro-shake whatsoever. Lighting stays consistent and unaffected by the motion blur, so the frozen figure reads crisp, sharp, and perfectly still against the smeared, chaotic environment throughout the entire sequence.
