The trick in this prompt is that the slow motion is set in the specs before anything explodes. Because the slow-motion tempo and film texture are fixed at the start, the blast, sparks and smoke share one rhythm and do not each move at their own speed. The action section relies on concrete, visible nouns such as palm trees, brake lights and the hillside. 'Like scattered rubies' gives the light a color and a texture, which is more picturable than 'red lights'. The camera section has one move only: a slow pull-back with a slight rise, with no fast motion added, so it matches the slow-motion tone. The FEEL section uses a paradox, 'beautiful panic', to set an emotional direction and keep the output from becoming pure disaster imagery.
